Kelly Yeung
Chairman

Kelly Yeung is a great example of a true American success story. In 1968, Mr. Yeung immigrated to the United States from Hong Kong with little more than the clothes on his back. He started International Restaurant Management Group which has grown to over two hundred restaurants operating in twenty nine states and seven countries. Mr. Yeung’s experience also includes commercial real estate and property development across multiple states. He is also a co-founder of Florida based Great Eastern Bank and Costa Rica based Cathay Bank.

 

Vincent Au-Yeung
President

Mr. Vincent Au-Yeung is the president and CEO of several QSR chain in the United States. His QSR Concepts includes frozen yogurt, Asian, and French cuisine. He has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Mr. Au-Yeung also has extensive experience in the real estate market which includes dealing from the range of local shopping center to super regional shopping malls. Mr. Au-Yeung is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Business Management.

Peter Au-Yeung is the owner of several restaurant chains across the United States and the UK. He has been actively involved in a number of international businesses such as education services in the UK and China. Mr. Au-Yeung has over 40 years of experience in the food, beverage and hospitality industries. He has a wealth of experience across different industries and key relationships with strategic partners.
