KOTIS RESTAURANT PROJECT
Carolina EB-5 Regional Center (CERRC) is pleased to offer an exciting EB-5 investment opportunity in North Carolina. Kotis Properties, the largest retail developer in North Carolina (NC), plans to expand its business in Greensboro, NC. The company currently owns over 50 retail centers and 90 restaurant properties in US. Restaurant Investors, LLC, a subsidiary company of Kotis, oversees the investment project. Restaurant Investors plans to borrow funds from EB-5 investors under the guidance and direction of CERRC, to fund the expansion and development of a total of three restaurants.
The proposed Greensboro Restaurant Projects will require a total expenditure of $5,259,850 to provide for initial operational reserves. $3,500,000 of the total investment will be through EB-5 investor funds.
The Project is located within the Targeted Employment Areas (TEA), so the minimum investment within the project is $500,000 per investor and 7 investors are needed. This project will create 101.9 permanent jobs, which is significantly greater than the number of jobs (70) required for ten EB-5 investors.
